Quality Analyst / Software Tester

Job description:
Manual Testing of websites including static and dynamic websites, for new developments, enhancements and changes of existing ones.

Preparation of test plan and successful implementation of the same, Designing Test cases and implementing the same.

Detecting bugs errors flaws in the system and aim towards minimizing the same.

Following defined standards, procedures, and instructions.

Contribute towards improvement of test standards, process, procedure and methodology across all test areas to ensure reliability, dependability and stability of the applications and eliminate possible/ repeated errors and bugs.

Candidate Profile :

Good knowledge in functional testing Minimum 1 year experience in manual testing.

Must have a Bachelors Degree or above in computer science.

Must have exposure to web Technologies like PHP, Java etc.

Must have exposure to databases like Mysql, Ms SQl, Postgres SQL etc.

Job description: Reporting directly to the management team, Aims is seeking senior and management level programmers. This individual must be technically savvy, detailed orientated problem solver, embrace new technological trends, administratively organized, extraordinary team player and master communicator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to communicate with all departments
Must be able to work independently and in a team atmosphere
Must be able to provide high level technical support for all team members
Development of script coding for online promotional efforts
Trouble shooting, maintenance and upgrades of websites
Must be able to identify risk and deliver quality recommendations for profit centered decisions
Responsibility for code in a production and internet environment.
Must be committed to being a leader and making a positive impact

HTTP CGI programming
SQL
DB Designer
PHP Server Side Programming

Load Balancing

Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm and focused
